The food in the restaurant is incredible, especially the delicious and very tasty breakfast. The hotel has a great and lovely location, very close to the main train station, just a minute walk from Mirabell Palace. It is also conveniently located just off the old historic city center and the Old Town.

It was all excellent. Central location, breakfast fantastic, food in the restaurant great, very friendly staff.

Parking on the hotel's own parking lot is with 14€ per day already quite expensive.

Marvellous location in the very pleasant area, just off train station and old town centre, all the attractions and the train station and the rail station and city center.

This place has a unique charm, with friendly staff at a stylish reception, and a fantastic location close to the historic center, the castle's funicular, the river.

Nice, very clean room and bathroom. Reception staff very friendly and courteous. Service in the Imlauer restaurant very nice and competent. We'll be back!!

Well, it was a PLEASANT stay on vacation. We truly enjoyed it.

The staff was service-minded and well-trained all the time. The location was quiet and decent for walking around Mirabell Palace. It was located in a very nice area right by the railway station and trolleybus network and all the main attractions and cafes and restaurants and the river and the station, a good home base for me.

For a 4 star hotel there is little to offer (e.g. no sauna, fitness room, attractive louge or bar, etc.)

The rooms were spotless and equipped with AC, making me feel at home. The location of the hotel was wonderful and convenient, not too far from the train/bus station and Germany. I enjoyed eating at the restaurant that is connected to the hotel during my Christmas stay.

Really good value for money. Accommodation was very comfortable with spacious rooms and great family accommodation. Location to the old city, public transport and restaurants was good. Would recommend .
